q Open roof vents to air coach out
q Connect 115V AC Power to coach
q Charge and check 12V RV Battery (converter on)
q Check your lists, make sure LP tanks are filled and turned on
q Water Preparation (Camping without Hook-up)
q Fill – portable water tank
q Check water system for operation and leaks
q Fill water heater with water & test light water heater
q Re-fill – portable water tank, if needed after filling water heater
q Turn OFF water pump
q Turn on heater to check operation
q Check refrigerator operation (AC, DC & LP)
q Turn refrigerator to AC to pre-cool before filling it up
q Turn off LP at refrigerator & water heater (access from the outside)
q Turn off LP at tanks
q Check air in tires (50#)
q Check RV brake fluid level on motorized units
q Check and empty grey water tanks (if needed)
q Fill – toilet water tank (if it is a portable type toilet)
q Check and empty black water tank (if needed)
Night before your outing:
q Close roof vents
q Check to be sure levelers are up and “locked”
q Check antenna to be sure it is in the travel position
Before Leaving:
q Disconnect AC power
q Store AC power cord
q Hitch Tow Vehicle to RV
q Connect power/light cable from Tow Vehicle to RV
q Check RV Running Lights, Brake Lights, Turn Signals, Chains & Locks
q Switch Refrigerator to DC
q Store wheel chock
q Turn Running lights ON
At Rest Stops:
q Check refrigerator (vent should be warm)
q Check tires, brakes & safety chains
